when i reg a vip they set their password then the cant get back it says

Sorry, the hub is full. It cannot accept more users from your class.
Your login was refused.

my user settings are set as this
userlimit.op 1500
userlimit.registered 1500
userlimit.total 3000
userlimit.unregistered 1500

and i have del'ed ythe group and made one with a diffent name and it still dose the same

userlimit.registered 1500
of those 1500 regs..
userlimit.op 1500
1500 are reserved to OPs.. lower the OP or higher the regs quota
